Just finished shimming my diff and installing solid diff bushings Saturday. Rear end feels WAYYY different. Need to get used to it before my next event.

Drove like **** all day, the car feels so much more aggresive, had me on edge now that the car actually wants to kick out. A lot nicer than always having to drive the thing like it's an overweight Corolla with a little bit more torque. I don't have to compensate for the viscous not working by mashing the throttle doing every little thing.

 

what kind of diff bushings did you install?


are you coming out to GGP next month?

Unfortunately I won't be coming out to GGP. Planning a big trip to New Orleans for Halloween. Voodoo fest and Halloween Drift Bash at Circuit Grand Bayou. I would like to tackle GGP again at some point though. Last time I was there the 3rd gear manji into the left handed sweeper over the hump was whooping my a$$, and the hump actually claimed on of my tie rods. I refuse to allow that to be my only experience with that place lol.

Its october 16, falls on a sunday and after wekfest. Its a comp and they have practice before the event and after...

 

ALL the Zs must gather for the event, come and gather and yes purple s13s as well.

 

come to the cgb(npr) drift event on oct. 30, its on a road course, no cage requried to tandem, will have competiton and prize pay out. $40 entry fee.
