My experience with Z1:

I contacted Rob on November 7th about a new transmission for my 07 350z. He was prompt with his replies, and by November 8th I had finalized my purchase with Z1motorsports. I placed the order with Chuck. Both guys were very helpful. They even answered questions I had about proper break-in procedure and what gear oil to use initially. Chuck got the order in that same day, and less then a week later the transmission was delivered to my mechanic's shop.

The transmission was installed on the 17th and so far so good! I highly recommend these guys. The price I got on the 07 transmission was cheaper than any dealer I contacted, and I contacted A LOT! If you need to buy a new transmission then Z1 should definitely be your first choice. I only wish I lived closer so I could go have a Z oriented shop.

How can i identify my current transmission? It has the CD009 stickers and the CD0#2 stamp on the front bellhousing. But has the CD0#1 stamp in the back.

Bump for great company! (I live less than 5 min from Forged Performance and make the drive to Z1 quite frequently)

The sticker should be correct, so it sounds like you have a CD009.

Thank you for your business!
