Default Where do you bring your Z for Service in Richmond Hill/Markham ?

Which Nissan Dealer do you guys in the Richmond Hill / Markham area bring your Z in for regular service.

I was going with Alta Nissan Richmond Hill, service was good, but I noticed this dealer recently increased their regular maintanence prices.

Are other Nissan dealers around the Richmond Hill / Markham area any good?

ie. Village Nissan (Kenndy / Hwy 7), Willowdale Nissan (Yonge / Steeles), and Doner Nissan (Newmarket)

Thumbs down

I find all Nissan dealers to be lacking in service. I used the Nissan/Infiniti Dealer in Scarborough because they were near my house at the time and the service was bad, any problem I reported they found a way to blame it on me. I then went to village Nissan and they fixed alot of my problems but they also cracked my front carbon lip and denied doing it. In the end they cut a check for $170 because no one could fix it and they would not replace it.

My buddy has an M3 and he had a similar issue with the dealer cracking his carbon lip from AC Schnitzer while in for service. When he went to pick up his car they told him what had happened and that they had already ordered the part and would remove the old one and reinstall the new one free of charge. And that lip is about $1200usd Now that is service.

If you do find a good place to service your car let me know.

While I live in Markahm, I take my car to where I bought it - 401/Dixie Nissan in Mississauga. Bit of a drag to get our there but there service has been excellent.

+1 That's why i dun take my Z to any dealers for services.I only bring my Z to the dealer for all "recall" and "warranty"only. .Maybe that's why they(village nissan) hated me there!!

never go to alta nissan @ martin grove

i bought my 350z there... came with
1- no DRL
2- no courtesy lamp
3- malfunctioning driver window
4- 2 missing tire pressure sensor
5- broken rear wiper blade
6- bill of purchase sold the vehicle "59000km" , i got the car with "61500km"
7- new set of oem tire (supposed to be bridgestone) became vernus korean tire

ended with spending 15 days in shop for the 1st month i bought the car
and i found out that the car was sitting in the shop for 3 day with no technician touching it ... they told me they are tryin to find out either service department or sales department gonna be responsible for the repair.

when i asked for the rear wiper blade..they told me they have no replacement in stock

tell me how u guys like the service i got from alta nissan ^_^
