so we should finalize a time and location for the pre-meet. I'm guess aim for 9:00am and head up at around 9:30, since Ian said it's about a 15minute drive up, but with the caravan, getting organized is probably going to take some time.
at for the D&B lot. The lot is pretty big, so we should pick one lot before sunday to meet up.

btw this is the more accurate location of dave and busters...we can meet at the parking lot south of it or even just north east of it... but i wonder how busy it is during that time as i've only been there at night.

- So that we can manage things properly... we need to cap this at 40 cars.
We're at 37 now, so anyone still thinking about it.... there's 3 spots left.
- With these numbers... it could be interesting at the watering hole.
I highly recommend having cash on hand to make payment easy.
If everyone starts flashing plastic... it'll be a nightmare.
