really you just got a v2 installed?? hope its better, when you starting to test it?
Yea, I had it swapped out in Jan.. I have only put on about 100km's since then, so I still need another 900km's before I can really test her out. I put in a Clutchmasters Stage 3 and LW FLywheel, so I need to break that in properly..
Kinda sux really..

what stealership helped you out during this process? did they give you problems? hmm so my buddy @ brantford nissan isn’t informed of this problem like you mentioned before, yet clearly there are people getting swaps done in Canada
that does suck but hopefully the V2 works out for you like it did for some

Honestly, I am shocked to hear that he doesnt know about the TSB. Even Infinity was notified, shortly after the TSB was released for the z.
If you purchase a revup, just make sure its accident free. For Nissan Canada to deal with the issue, they will need the "thumbs up" from Nissan North America. (if the vehicle was from the US)
I went to St.Clair nissan to complete my OC testing, and as soon as the TSB was released they told me to bring it in so I could book my engine swap.
If you have any questions just ask.. It was a PITA to deal with the dealership prior to the TSB, so I know what some will have to go through..

I have to get an OK from a nissan dealership regardless when importing from the states, its no big deal my buddy just got one when importing his Lexus and it was a simple process. But yes I will def. be getting one of those

good news, ill keep this in mind, I figured I would stick with a non revup 05 so I dont have this problem in the future, I think its a smart idea.
