The Useless East Canada thread!
Anyone went to the beach to watch fireworks today? It was really nice, but packed as ****, I had to park a good 10 min walk from the beach, and it took us awhile to find a nice spot. We planned on volleyball, but that turned out to be out of the question, all the nets were taken.
^Was gonna go to scarborough bluffs with a group of friends, but they let me know ahead of time that it was packed, so I was gonna go with another group of friends to Woodbine beaches, but guess what? It was packed! I just went to watch fireworks from a tim hortons near by my house with some random friends, lol.

^ Haha. Mathematically improbable bordering on impossible. Just save a few hundred every month.
Infact if you invested $625.56 a month @ 8% for the next 31 years, you'd have 1+ million in cash.

^ Yeeahhhh sure. Well I guess it wouldn't be so bad if your monthly take home exceeded $4127.80 per month which is the estimated minimum net monthly income required to justify such a perchase.

The rule of thumb being that the total expenses monthly from owning a car should not exceed 1/5th of your take home pay.
