Just spoke to Sasha.
It turns out I will be getting Nismo Cam Sprockets. Yum![](https://my350z.com/forum/images/smilies/icon21.gif)
Not so great news is the Dyno is not available until early next week so I wont have the car this weekend.
I think my car likes to stay in the garage it does spend a lot of time there.

He thinks the problem are from the clearance on alunimum pistons where they have 4thou when sitting cold and expand to 1thou after they got heat up. Thats when the noise got eliminated.

Ed if you disconected the Cam sensors did the noise go away? Mine did as soon as the sensors were disconected. If it was piston slap how would sensors account for that?

Also my noise was only there after the car was warm, at low idle and the oil pressure was at the low point. As soon as we increased the rev's and built oil pressure the noise was gone.
