umm, I still don't know what you are smoking but you should lay off cause I did no such thing. Your accusations of me deleting anything you wrote is not only highly unlikey buy physically impossible given my parameters and admin rights on this or any other web board.

Secondly what is your issue with me trying to help possible members of the forum earn a living and further their careers? This isn't me promoting my business, if I were I would have done up a nice advertisement and posted it as such. This is me in a tough situation trying to offer assistance to anyone who may be in the market and a last resort, not a primary resource.

Hey listen folks, I'm not here to fight with anyone and I am not selling or scamming anyone or anything. My services are free and I do not charge anyone except my clients when they hire a prospect. All my consulting services, prospecting, resume revisions and assistance with positioning and interview coaching tactics are no charge to the candidate. I dont make any money unless someone gets placed and these are all facts.

Believe it or not, there are people here in desperate need of work and as a FREE service to them its simply my way of trying to help all parties involved during difficult times. Period.

If i can help out a fellow enthusiast I will. It doesnt have to be car related all though with out work not many would be able to hold on to their vehicles therefore if you would like to get technical it is car related at the end of the day.

i'd have to agree with jason on this one. if you stand to profit from selling a service (in this case, selling your service of grooming prospective hires for your clients), than you are promoting your business.

as much as your intentions of helping others find employment may be genuine, using the forum as a prospect source is a conflict of interest with forum rules unless you pay to become a sponsor or vendor.

So what you're saying is, you're advertising....free for your 'clients' equals a placement fee for you on the backend....i.e. you're conducting business here, which is not allowed.
