agree, apparently the stealerships have the lowest price on snow tire+rim combo.
they lower the price on tires n rims but they would try to upsale on other products while your car is in there. a local MB n BMW i deal with also offering $200/season for seasonal tires storage.

Not steelies.. they are aluminum mags.. iirc

Call your local dealer and ask how much they are.. I know of a few members who were using them last year

If you are close to Brampton then I would suggest Bramalea Tire. They were a few hundred dollars cheaper than the stealership and they have a great selection of cheap rims (riax rims) that are way better looking than steelies. I think I got my Dunlop M3 Winter Sports and Rims for 1600 bucks.

the dealership quoted me $1600 and i don't even know if it's the price with TPMS... speed star gave me a quote of 1500 without TPMS...

btw, i am thinking of buy 17X7.5 rims with 225/55/17 winter tires all around, is that OK for our 350Z?

I went by last Thursday to get my winters on, but the line up went down the street and then around the building! I'm going to wait until it dies down a little.

Last year I got winter wheels and tires from www.tirerack.com for my Murano. They were 18" alloys with Bridgestone Blizzaks mounted and balanced for $1400 to my door including all taxes and duty. It was hundreds less than I could find locally. It only took them about 4 days to arrive. I was pleasantly impressed.

do people still do staggered in winter? My rims are curb rashed (from previous owner) so I just got winter tires for the 225/245 18's that were stock with my car. Hard to find rims that clear brembos

I bought a set of 17" factory Z wheels off e-bay for $500 shipped. Rubber was an additional $900 (Mich Pilot Alpine). If you are willing to search e-bay there are deals to be had. Now my Z still looks good in the winter.
