Default Alignment - GTA

Hi Folks,

I have an 03 and I am getting new tires this week. I would like to get a proper alignment done to reduce tire feathering. Does anyone have any recommendations of shops that are aware of the 350z issue..

stealership aside? I suggest you go to a good performance shop like Advance Power House or Speedstar.

Default Alignment

I have an '03 also and installed a camber kit to correct the problem before the alignment.

Try KHF for the camber kit...ask for Alan.

^Gilman may be too much for this guy's regular alignment, they do race alignments and are not cheap.

Cheaper alternatives are Vincent's Auto Service, Simone's, or APH

I had work done (camber) at Gilman a while back on my 95 lowered accord - it was stolen

I have the stock 18" rims. I will give him a call.

Thanks, what did you pay for the camber kit? Is there any point in me doing an alignment without a camber kit, since i have an '03?

Unless you correct the problem, you will ruin the new tires. I would suggest you call Alan for the latest pricing of the camber kit. Mention that "Uncle Steve" referred you. He used to own a 350Z.

ok thanks. is it fair to say that there is no point (or at least minimal gain) in an alignment on an 03 without an aftermarket camber kit?
