I'm sure this is not the only case, there's probably more OPP doing this under the table. Some are not going to get caught, that's the sad thing.

I know this because I had a similar experience, 3 of us, driving. Tow truck followed us. We finally pulled to Tim Hortons and parked, walked in, then few minutes later. 4 York Region cruisers blocked our cars in. Tried to book us for drinking and driving, but all of us passed. They ended giving my friend a ticket for driving MY car with G1. Which is impossible because I was driving the whole time. Oh, not to mention the cop shoved me on the hood of my car after I got a little irritated for false accusations and told me to stfu or he'll arrest me for assaulting an officer, I didn't even touch him.

^ have had a simlar experience.... I got pushed by a cop because he was pulling me over for something I didn't do and when I argued with him, I got a nice push against my car door. This was infront of Markville Mall, pretty heavy traffic during the time so I bet some people saw it. But at the end, I got a ticket for an incorrect right hand turn and got embarressed infront of my fiancee and anyone else who saw it.

^Some cops are honestly *******s who have a mentality that they are superior and believe they can bully anyone. Oh there was a research that concluded most cops were bullies when they were in elemetary, public schools, go figure. So much for "To serve and protect"

However, I have met some nice ones, those are the ones that I appreciate for doing their job, the ones that reasons with you and have logical minds. Even though, they still gave me ticket(s), they didn't make things a hassle or any worse.
