well its about that time of the year where we will be putting our babies to slumber for the winter. I just have a question about renting parking spaces. Is there any way to prove that the spot the owner is renting out is actually his? Like will it be on his lease saying the parking #? I dont want to come back and find my car have been towed because the spot i was renting is owned by somebody else. Its a condo with securities and cameras. I just want to make sure my car will still be there when summer comes around.
