Put a clause for the sale, if you find anything on the exhaust within 3 days, that alters performance, or just plain bad like rust, full refund back. If he/she up for it, first day take it home and polish the **** out of it to see imperfections.

^Comon now..
You guys are buying used items.. but want them in new condition?
Do you really think that someone who is selling a used item is going to agree to that?

Desperation to sell, calls for desperate measures. Why not try if the person whos selling is confident in their product

How cares? It's going to get beat up anyways.

That's like wanting a warranty against wear on your tires.

Real though.

I doubt it, the car is a 2003 with 45,000 km. it didnt have rust on the bolts under the car. Its stored right now, I went to his house. If the car was winter driven it is in excellent condition.

Ya, lol I highly doubt they would agree to that.

Question:
Is the brown marks around the welds from rust or heat?
How does this exhaust condition look overall?

Also wondering if you bought the exhaust yet? Or did you not have enough time to examine each cm with a magnifying glass, yet?

Funny guy. I am not being that **** about it, it’s used. I took the pics because it was so dark that I couldn’t see anything except the tips. It’s hard to tell if it’s a genuine just by a dirty tip, plus I wanted to see the condition.

As for buying, I told him that I am very interested. He is selling a few other parts off of the car and is waiting to hear back from people about them. I made him an offer on a few parts and he said he would get back to me. Once I give him a deposit we have to wait for a dry day to drive it to the shop to remove it.

The guy was laid back. But it only took me 5 mins to take the pics, snap, snap, snap. I was taking them while talking to him about the exhaust, other parts for sale and the car. Plus he understood that under the car was black, I could see nothing, I had to take them just to get a look at it.
