Unhappy Clutch problem?

Anyone has issue with your clutch? I found this clip on youtube. I had the exactly same noise problem coming from my 350z. Did anyone bring it back to the dealer and claim for warrenty?

Really? I searched the forum, and I know lots of people having the same problem too with their VQ35HR clutch. I just make an appointment with the dealer. i will bring my car in today and see what they are going to say. If they say everything is normal. I will make a complaint to Nissan Canada. I read all the postes in the Forum in USA. They all got replace the trasmission under warrenty in the states.

Mine doesn't sound that bad ('03, 90km) but it does have quite a rattle to it. Someone asked if I had an aftermarket flywheel even haha.

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are still under warranty.

If you get your ecu reflashed get the idle increased. Mine is at 800rpm and I dont hear that anymore. It doesnt idle too high either.

My 07' HR (35k miles) makes the same noise, sometimes louder than others. But from what the dealer told me and what I've heard, its normal.

I thoroughly enjoy this noise. My '05 made it. My '07 makes it. I find my self invoking it every chance I get. It reminds me that I'm not driving my wife's car.

An aftermarket (lighter) flywheel will be even louder.

No I have an Exedy stage 1, with a Fidanza fly. Which is exactly the same as a JWT so I hear.
I didnt notice a stiffer pedal really. What I did notice was the difference in flywheels, the rpm's go up and down way faster.
