How much of a % discount will you be giving to forum members, who use your services?

 

Commission is always negotiable depending on the circumstances. I am a FULL-SERVICE Realtor, I do have a few different Commission Plans and different things I offer. I do not advertise anything less than 2.5%. I will do my best to provide my350z members with the best plan for THEM and help guide them through the process of buying or selling.

Edit: If your a first time buyer, 99% of the time the Seller pays the commission to the co-operating brokerage. So you don't pay anything by using a Realtor to purchase a home!
