Default Has anyone tried this combo?

k and n drop in filter, Ultimate Racing hi flow cats and the Nismo cat back exhaust?

I am interested in knowing two things;

what sort of performance gains could I expect and where?

How much louder would the car be?

Thanks

Gains would mostly be top end and I would guess maybe 15 hp at best. Sound would increase a lot compared to stock i would think with both a new exhaust and some hf cats.

Yes, the gains would be mostly mid range to to end power. You would benefit much more from an open element filter, such as nsmo, jwt, k and n typhoon, etc...

good point, tony -- any idea what the increase in possibility for water uptake would be with an open filament filter or one of the aftermarket tubes/pod filters. Re: their modified position, CAI, etc...

i want the best i can get, but i really don't want to endanger the engine, and this is my daily driver right now -- should have a winter beater in a month, hopefully!

thanks!
