Question What do you want us to make for the Z/G Community?

I have just started working for Altered Atmosphere as there sales/online vendor, and we would like to know what you guys want to be produced? As most of you know AAM has a machine shop and can custom fabricate just about anything. We have been very succesfull with our fuel rail system and have sold many units. We are actually on our fourth production due to the high demand for them. So stay alert in the vendor section for upcoming specials. But i would like to know what you all are looking for in the 350Z, if its from a larger Throttle body, aluminum plenum, to headers...let us know though..we are open to many things and would like to see the Z community so to say "get what they want"...Let me know though thanks for you time.

Ben

Looking for a full upper/lower aluminum plenum. One piece similar to the one kinetix has show pictures of but have not seen one. That would be nice. One made for FI and evens flow throughout all the cylinders. Just my .02 Spaz

I strongly suggest making underbody parts that will actually make downforce at high speeds, shouldnt be to hard to make, might be hard to test however.

Whatever you make, Ill look into purchasing it!

yes...this would be a good seller..If you can get it to even out the flow of air to all cylinders...It would work well with your fuel rail system . With a larger bore where the throttle body hooks up . You then can make a true larger throttle body

Plenum that uses stock engine cover, and doesn't have a gaudy design on top of it, and as long as it has a strut bar that will fit.

So right now we are looking for an aluminum plenum (upper and lower) and a larger bore near the throttle body so we can in the future possible work on a largre throttle body?

1. Aluminum Plenum (Upper and Lower) Keap stock strut and Engine cover
2. Larger Throttle body with aluminum Plenum

Most of the basic stuff has already been done many times by many people. What I would like to see is a nice 2, 3, or 4 gauge pod that fits perfectly in the NAV cubby. I'm thinking more along the line of a "face plate" with a number of cutouts that nicely flush mounts with the center console and basically replaces the NAV cubby door. Could even do it in brushed aluminum to match the interior bits.

I like the sound of a plenum, although it should be very reasonably priced. Also, could an HKS exhaust replica be fabbed up?

I think a larger throttle body that matches up to a full aluminum upper/lower plenum should be the first on anyone's list... if you can beat Kinetix to market, you will be seening big $$$ signs...

Also, you need to start doing some kind of deals where if you purchase a part from you guys, you will throw in a AAM Reflash for $XXX.XX more (like $400 or so) - if you can do this (all at a reasonable price), you are looking at dominance in the market...

and package deals too. I would really like to be able to come get the altered fuel system with 600-700cc intectors and a reflash.

I'm with this guy.

...and how about a really cool shift **** while you're at it...something more Z inspired.

Were you guys looking for something that actually replaces the factory nav door? Or did you want something to sit behind the nav door?

52mm gauges? 60mm gauges? Turbo Timer cutout?

Thanks
Dave

I want it to sit behind the door, but some people might want a door replacement...

Behind the door would be much more of a clean look, but i would think that it would be fairly easy to make yourself if you wanted to tackle a project like that... my .02

I also think the plenum idea is good, more air needs to be diverted towards the front cylinders either way you look at it, they are getting robbed with the stock setup
