I asked these exact questions a long time ago.

Stock clutch: 20 pounds
JWT clutch: 20 pounds
Nismo clutch: 18 pounds
Tilton clutch: 8 pounds

Stock flywheel: 28-30 pounds
JWT/Jun flywheels: 14 pounds
Tilton flywheel: 8 pounds

A JWT or Jun flywheel with a Nismo clutch would probably offer the greatest weight drop without being hard to drive on the street. If I was doing it all over, that's what I'd do.

Here's the above clutch and flywheel weights posted by jreiter with ATS weights included from the above posted website.

11" Stock clutch: 20 pounds
11" JWT clutch: 20 pounds
9" ATS Triple carbon clutch: 18.3 pounds
11" Nismo clutch: 18 pounds
9" ATS Twin carbon clutch: 15.6 pounds
9" ATS Pro Spec carbon clutch: 13 pounds (I've calculated/estimated/guessed it by looking at S15 clutches because they have similar weights to 350z)

7.25" Tilton clutch: 8 pounds

Stock flywheel: 28-30 pounds
JWT/Jun flywheels: 14 pounds
ATS flywheel: 10 pounds
Tilton flywheel: 8 pounds

Also take a note that it's not recommended to use the APS Pro Spec clutch on the street because of the fast wear when slipping it, because it's a single clutch.

EDIT:

In summery the total weight of the lightest flywheel combos would be.

JWT/Jun Flywheel + Nismo clutch: 32lbs
ATS Flywheel and Twin Clutch: 25.6lbs
ATS Flywheel and Pro Spec Clutch: 23lbs
Tilton Flywheel and clutch: 18lbs

Well you can add it yourself *HINT HINT* I didn't know how much the UR flywheel was. but the total setup would be 1lbs less then the JWT/JUN flywheel combo unless it uses a lighter clutch.

One last thing, to me the ATS Pro Spec clutch looks very attractive since it is only $250 more then the tilton with street clutch, it should be also a lot more streetable then it and it can handle a lot ore horsepower. Up to 420hp with 1300kg pressure plate and 520hp with 1600kg pressure plate.

The only thing that I wonder about is how fast does it wear out during normal street driving since this car is my daily drive and where I live there are traffic lights every 10meters.

Which one of these light-weights is able to take "slippage" incurred during normal daily driving?

Well the tilton clutches are streetable, and you have an option of using carbon discs instead, which allow more "slippage", however carbon discs due to their wear patterns, usually need to be adjusted constantly. Also any twin disc clutches are going to be grabby clutches, regardless, in comparisson to stock.

Default ATS and Carbon

A couple added points.

Note that ATS and Tiltons are a Fly-clutch combo and can't be "mixed and matched" like the OEM style JWT , Nismo , Jun , UR combos ....

Also ATS offers a "soft" Carbon compound which makes the dual or triple carbon setups even less "grabby" and "quieter".

Carbon clutches have the side benefit of gripping better when they get hot. So in general they are less grippy during mild street sue and more grippy when needed at the track.
