Every car I ever owned was always harder to shift when it was cold. Things have to warm up in the tranny.

 

If you are interested I have a B&M short shifter in box tat I am willing to sell cheap. PM For pricing, I can ship it priority mail and you can have it this week. I installed it and it was a little too notchy for my tastes, but man it does really help you shift faster the gears are much closer.
