My car's at the Nissan dealership right this second. The "tech" is saying that it's normal for there to be scratches from the hood onto the front strut bar. This is definitely not true. Could you guys please post responses that you're not experiencing this problem? That you don't have any scratches on the bar? Please, I really need some help! Thanks

 

Definitely not the true. The hood should never contact the strut tower bar. Did they scratch it while working on it?

 

that's not normal. maybe they scratched it and don't want to take the heat for it.
