I have been reading the forums for a while but this is my first post. I have been tryin to decided on wheter to get a 02 BMW M3 or get a Z and go the twin turbo route.

I have read that for 9 or more pounds of boost you have to run full forged internals b/c of the weak Con Rods. I have looked into AEBS stroker kit with the 8.5:1 turbo pistons but was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of where to get a built short block to minimize down time on my car.

VQ30DET Crank Shaft w/ 73.3mm Stroke - 50mm Rod Journal

Then use these rods...

Connecting Rods for use with VQ30DET Crank

Then these pistons...

8.5:1 Forged Pistons

Then you will need to take some measure ments and get some of these...

VQ35DE Connecting Rod Bearings

And some of these...

VQ35DE Crankshaft Bearings

Then you can add some heads...

VQ35DE Cylinder Head Assembly's

And then the rest of your valve train...
