What longer bolt? Also, I adjusted the pedal stop. I don't know how long that bolt is, but I think I have it almost all the way out. But at least the clutch grabs almost as soon as I let off the clutch.

So if the bolt that is in the pedal stop is not long enough you will need to make that bolt longer by removing it, finding a bolt the same thread pitch, and using that longer bolt instead...

But if the clutch grabs almost as soon as you let off the clutch you really do not need a longer bolt... just dont press down the clutch pedal all the way to the stop... no need to press further then you have to...

The full street is so much nicer on a daily driven car than the semi street. It's a good change. I'm still getting used to the hills though

i just did 2.5 hours of bumper to bumper on I-95 south with the full-street... made it from DC to Fredricksburg -- luckily it cleared up after that

once you figure out how the clutch works, you should have no problems with stalling / slipping...

one thing that has shown up lately is a weird resonating rattle from the front/mid of the car when i launch hard, and it continues under any hard accel... methinks my clutch plate might be starting to let go

can't wait until my 3.9/cusco come back from 350evo!!!

yeah, it really does rev like a motorbike -- after you do that, put on some high-flow cats or test pipes and it'll scare you

When the Tilton wears out, I will replace it with something else. I've got the street version. The power is nice, but my car sounds like a diesel and I occasionally stall it at lights. Its fun for a while, but if I drove it everyday (which I don't btw) I would get sick of it. I totally agree that clutch engagement point makes a big difference. I put a bolt in the clutch pedal and adjusted it that way. It is definitely easier to drive with the pedal properly adjusted, but its still too much hassle. Its reduces the pleasure of driving the car more than the power gains increases it.

Zill, what would you be going with? i was seriously considering the same thing when i was stuck in bumper to bumper this evening... it's just that every time I drive another Z, even if it's got the nismo flywheel and clutch, i just feel like something is really missing, you know?

What I really want is the tilton flywheel with a sprung hub & clutch disk(s) that wont kill me... guess you can't have everything, eh?

for daily driving in the city, I tend to agree with this, but it's still fun and you kinda get better with it.

It'll make driving any other car feel like a snap, that's for sure
