I want to install my ur pulley, but no one around here seems to have a belt tension guage, are there any tricks to getting proper tension without a guage.
Thanks in advance.

See if one of the big auto parts stores have them, they will normally loan out specialty tools to you.

I've installed my belts just by hand. Kept them semi-firm, the stock setting definatley has some play in the belt, which is were I've tried to keep it at with no problems. I'm having more of an issue right now trying to figure out which gator belts to get for it as I know that my belt is starting to develop cracks. You can rig up a little measuring tool somewhat easily with a dowel and a marker if you can't find the tools.
