I bought a Z with a Greddy turbo kit and unfortunately, what I was told was inaccurate and the engine died. I am in the process of buying a new engine and need to find a place to do the swap. I am in Orange County, if anyone knows of a good place please let me know. My goal is to get the HP aournd 330, without a turbo or supercharger. As of yet I have not been able to find anyplace to get this done.
Also, I will be selling the turbo as they are not street legal here so if anyone is interested let me know.

Your goals for an NA motor are pretty high.

There is a wealth of information on this board, I reccomend you visit the Forced Induction area and get that motor built w/ the greddy kit. That kit is great for a bulit motor.

350 to the crank might be possible...won't be street legal though.

What do you mean...the engine died. Did it blow up? Or was is already dead?

Sorry to hear about your car. Can you provide more info on what you mean it died? Did the motor blow up?

 

Mot sure exactly what happened to the motor, I guess it blew up, haven't had anyone look at it yet. I am going to sell the turbo kit, anyone interested let me know.

 

If it blew up I'm sure you would notice it once you open the hood. If it just died and you can't turn it back on or something like that, than there might be a small problem with it, but I'm sure it could be fixed without changing the engine.

 

Sharif .. You are a good guy to help out others in this type of situation. From what I have read about your quality work, I would be a great customer of yours if I lived in your area.
