Default What is neccesarry in tuning?

Well I'm ready to order a few bolt on parts.. JWT popcharger, high flow cats, true duel exhaust but I'm concerned about running too lean. I have read up that i should let the stock ECU 'learn' one mod at a time so it can adjust, but even with that precaution there is a danger of running too lean. Will a tune fix this problem? Will I get better output from the mods w/ a tune nontheless?
Thanks

The stock 350z ecu will run the car lean because of emissions purposes. However, adding the intake, cats and exhaust will give your power gains regardless. So if you can't do the ECU upgrade right away, that should be fine. As far as adding mods one at a time, thats really up to you, the ECU will learn the new mods regardless, the one advantage of doing one at a time is if there is a problem its easier to troubleshoot, because you only installed one thing, not 3, so there are less plaes to look.

Ultimately, I'd suggest an ECU reflash and our Angled Intake Spacer, in addition to your mods planned. We do the ECU here, and we can also custom dyno tune your car for extra cost, so the tune is specific to your car and your mods. If you have any questions on the spacer, ecu tuning or anything else. Let me know. We're here to help!
