I am calling for the knowledge of the forum, all opinions are welcome however facts and experience would be appreciated.
Scenario 1::
Stay NA. HEADERS, HFC, Kinetix SSV to go with my popcharger and EVO2. Clutch and flywheel upgrade and 3.91 Rear end.
Scenario 2::
GO FI. Stillen PD Supercharger Stage III to go with popcharger and EVO2.
My goal is not a far fetched goal. I want everyday driveability and a 1/4 mile in the high 12's low 13's on 19" street tires.
Both scenarios should get me there. But, I want to hear some experience from the forum on this subject.

Well basically, if they will both get you where you need and you think you be happiest with either...you should price out each one installed (if you aren't doing the work yourself) and choose the one that is less expensive. No need to spend more money on the same outcome.
Personally though, I would go FI because their is more power with less actual work to get there.

The fact is if you put money into your car for NA like I did, once you get done it still leaves you wanting more. Save money and just go FI and get it over with. The stillen stage 3 is an excellent investment.

If it were me though I would choose the Turbonetics cause I am more of a turbo man from the tq to the sound of the turbo spooling and BOV sound. I used to have a vortech and went TT. Either way I would go Vortech or Turbonetics over the n/a route.

there was a thread a week or two ago about people who have like 550+rwhp and still want more
I say upgrade the suspension, tires, clutch/flywheel if you haven't already, and lose some weight on the car - battery, etc
I've heard people with turbo's and minimal other mods complain that they can't HEAR their power. That if their car made a more aggressive sound, they'd feel like they don't need more power. I know that's probably kinda lame in terms of going fast, but part of driving is the fun factor and having headers, etc will make the car roar more. FI will give your car more sound effects like turbo spool up, SC whine, and BOV which are all cool too.
The 3.9 gearing will make it so that when you floor the gas in your given gear, you get more of a sudden jolt. Especially so when combined with light flywheel/pulley/tires/wheels/brake rotors.
There's a lot of ways to get a car to be faster. One is to add more power and another is to accellerate into the power faster. FI won't be as reliable, though mild FI probably for sure is. The extra 100 lbs up front sucks for handling, braking, and rear traction.
