Angry Need Advice ( Service Advisor / Tranny Problem) !!!

Yesterday I went to pick up my car because the service advisor said my car was fix on wednesday. The problem for my car being in the shop was last friday. I was driving my car hard and the manual stick got stuck in 4th gear. I was assuming my transmission was blown and drove my car up to the dealer by riding the clutch pretty hard to get it to go from a stop. The dealer told me on Monday last week that I had a blown neutral safety switch and they would replace it. Basically stating that would fix my problem. When I got to the dealer and they were trying to finish my paper work up. I went to my car and just shifted through the gears to see what it feels like with the car not running just parked. 1st through 4th gear felt normal to me but 5th and 6th gear felt a little stiff. This feeling I'm getting now was after the car got stuck in 4th gear and it never felt like that. I tried not to think about it too much and I was happy to get back in my car again after 1 full week. I was driving my car like normal and had trouble going into 5th gear and that was all night. Then I got on the car pretty hard again and BAM! 4th gear gets stuck again as I tried to shift into 5th gear just like the last time. Ewww I'm soo ****ing **** and ready to get a lawyer right about now. I think I'm going to wait to see what the service advisor has to say about this. He was off today and won't be back til Monday. How would you handle this situation after this had happen to you? All suggestion and opinions are welcome. TIA

In this link it said this : A transmission that is stuck in gear can be caused by a bent shift linkage, broken shift cable, a shift rail or interlock failure, or a broken gear inside the transmission.

*Now my question is if I have one or more of these problems can it be a simple fix or will the whole transmission be coming out and replace with a new one?

Here's the link I found. ~~> http://www.aa1car.com/library/2004/ic20428.htm

Ask the service manager or technician drive the car with you in the passenger seat. If the transmission gets stuck in gear, it will be impossible to give you the “cannot duplicate” excuse.

I duplicate it myself and brought it back to them again. So they can't say it can't be reproduced. I bet money if they leave the same tranny in there and I had one of them in the car with me. I can duplicate it again 3 times but I don't think they will go to that extent. Maybe I'm hoping they will do the right thing and give me a new tranny. Tomorrow is the day I'm going to be talking to the service advisor.
