Thumbs up Thumbs up for 350evo shifter!

Hey guys,

I purchased the new 350evo shifter and had it installed by Street Image today Thanks to Jeff, Eric, Mando, and that Hottie Aileen!

Anyways, the shifter install was very quick and if I was not lazy, I would have done it myself. Shifts are a bit "tighter" as in stiffness, but the positives far outweigh this one very small con. Shifts are surprisingly extra crisp! I can slam through the gears with ease when compared to OEM and of course it does not hurt that the throw is shorter as well Upshifts are now 500% pure bliss, and rev-matching is really fun while downshifting

I will be sad to see the day that 350evo no longer makes products for our 350z's because BJ and the crew over there command my respect since I love track bred parts.

Nope, or I would have put it in the review as a con

but the positives far outweigh this one very small con

BJ said if it's installed right it'll rattle and vibrate. Otherwise it was installed too tight and something will eventually go wrong

You scared me bud! I just called BJ to confirm and he stated that they just warn people of the possible issues so they dont have a customer service issue. I must have been lucky or something

sorry about that. I was just on the phone with him a couple weeks ago and asked him a few questions about the shifter and was just passing on what he told me
