I'd be interested. I had the Eibach Pro-Kit (Audi Eurosport) springs on my A4 nd I was very pleased with them.

I ran them with the OEM Audi shocks, but the shocks only lasted 8 months. Do you have any idea how the OEM Nissan shocks will hold up with the lower springs?

Thanks,

PeteH

Pete, not much time for feedback on stock components yet. However the Pro Kits relatively mild drop rarely causes shock troubles.

100% interested, however, I have already seen them listed for $248 shipped. If you can do better, I'll by them from you..

Yep.... I'm thinking the shocks in the Z will handle the slight pre-compression for the lower springs a lot better than the OEM Audi shocks.

From looking at pictures of the suspension setup, it looks pretty easy to remove/replace springs and shocks. Probably an easy DIY for the typical wrench-head like me! Even if the shocks wear out in 8 months, I can dothe swap in an hour in my garage.

Can't hurt if ya'll are going to be less than the prices listed at some of the other tuner sights.

Keep us posted on the prices and shipping schedules and all that.

Right now Eibach has only released information on the measured drop.

0.8" front / 1.2" rear.

I hope to have the spring rates by the weeks end.

Thumbs up

All I need is one guinea pig from the board to install them and give them a thumbs up. I want a report from a "real" end-user, not Eibach and not a vendor.

I think if you can wait just a bit you'd have 20 people lined up to grab them once a favorable report hits the streets. Of course, your other alternative is to give me a really deep discount, I'll install the set and rave about them with a new post everyday.

I'll volunteer to be the guinea pig if you sell them to me for $100/ I'm sure if they are good, everyone would buy them from you!

Hey! Don't try and get in on my deep-discount action! You've already got better brakes than me.

Then I need his input and feedback before pulling the trigger. How long before the install? Two weeks?

Default Eibach or H&R??

well,..Ebiach's are really good don't get me wrong,..but I have a feeling that the drop it is offering will not be noticable for us...I've normally bought coilovers but don't want them on the Z,..would rather have a really good Spring w/ a Low enough drop.

H&R have been around a while,.but not as long as say Eibach,.but they are offering a 2.0inch front and rear drop,..which OPTIONS auto salon is sellin for like $325

I would think that would be the better for us "Exterior and 19" junkies"!(while the engine mods are becoming avaliable)

-a 0.8 and a 1.2 is not gonna be noticable,..even when they do Settle,..but Let me know what ya'll think

And by the way,..Our stock Shocks will be fine unless serious Auto-X'ing? That will shorten the life really fast!
