what to buy, what to buy?
come december im going to be purchasing something within the 34k region. and im still stumped on what to get.
part of me wants an 03 cobra to put some spankins on folks real quick, but then again its a ford, and its a 34k mustang at that
im also looking into the new sti, 300hp, and 300ftlbs. thats a kick!! its built for boost from the factory and itll take mods like nothing else. but i know its going to be a pain to do routine maintenance on that flat 4, and im worried about drivetrain shock from drop-clutch starts.
then theres the beloved z, beautiful, sporty and its pretty agile too! (not that fast, just agile) im just hoping by the time december rolls around there will be more parts out on the market. most noticeably internals, so i can create a timid daily driven beast.

Sounds like you will need to be taking some test drives!!
I personally like the Z, STI, and RX-8 (but not the styling of the 8).
STI shold be really fast right out of the box. Whether there will be any available is another story...
