Default Manual Trans GRINDING

Ive had my 350Z for a bit over a year. I bought it used, with a full warrenty from nissan. The first thing i did was replace the trans and clutch cuz it was grinding in 3rd and 6th. Trans #2 failed in 6th and 5th with only 2000 miles on on it. Now trans #3 is grinding in 6th and reverse. The dealership is getting fed up, and today i had to take the manager of the place out just to show him what i meant.

Im pretty sure i know how to drive a manual transmission. I work in a garage myself, so im pretty sure i know how they work. The dealership told me this is NOT a common problem, that i shift to aggressively, and that skipping gears while upshifting (like 4th to 6th) is not a good idea.

So what im asking is. . .has anyone else had to replace there trans 4 times? The performance shop i go to, MRC, has serviced many Zs with the same problem. Any shifting tips or help would be appreciated.

The trany's are sh*t. Good luck getting one that works. The synchros go bad all by themselves. Skipping gears upshifiting is a non issue. This is a very common problem. The dealership is a bunch of punk @ss b*tches straight up lying to you.

The dealership is getting fed up? Put your foot up his @ss.

Its an 03-actually built in july 02 so its a VERY early one. Tire feathering, trans problems, oil streak on the power windows. Ive had it all. But this transmission crap is ridiclous. There is a 6 year warrenty, but what happenes whne it runs out? Ive already done so much work to it id hate to lemon it.

I had my transmisssion replaced and now I have a model 008 tranmission. They are up to model 009. I think the 009 has no issues with the synchros. My 008 has no synchro issues either. The transmissions are getting better.
