Is 29hp worth $7,275 USD? There is a rev-up version (according to the webpage you linked). Where to buy - don't have a clue.

you cannot buy the entire package... same as S1 engine package... unless you ship your car or your engine back to Nismo in Japan to get it converted...

But you can buy some parts in the S2 package though, such as Spec 2 high compression cylinder heads, Spec 2 cams, conrod bolts, titanium valve/spring set... etc... you will not be able to get the engine cover, nismo ECU and the entire intake system...
