Anyone did mod to increase torque in low rev range ? What was the gain was it worth the price ?

very few mods will do this, as a matter of fact, many mods reduce low end torque in an effort to increase high end torque.

some mods that may increase it marginally, intake, ECU, supercharger. the latter would obviously be the most effective. a turbo charger wont do much since it has lag.

hehe if your not satisfied with the Zs low end torque tho, better be glad you didnt go with an S2000.

 

Injen CAI gives about 10 ft-lbs extra to the rear wheels throughout the entire RPM band.

ummm right, but no it doesnt... it gives 7 claimed by them, and I havent seen anyone really gain more than 2 or 3 that I wouldnt contribute to some other unknown.

maybe you could post the source of your info? I hadnt seen anything of the sort.

You're probably right, my 10 was based on visual estimation... in reality it's probably more like 8 on avg... although there ARE points where it reaches 10, such as 2800 RPM.
