How many of you racers and track guys out there think the Nismo Oil Cooler is a top priority? Japan's Best Motoring recommended installing it before they took it out on track.

Has anyone experienced oil starvation in a VQ motor?

Or has anyone had an opportunity to study the oil pan pickup points in relation to this problem?

I'd be especially interested when getting ready to run upgraded suspensions and R compound tires.

If the sump and pump are similar to a Maxima, and from an external view they are, oil starvation due to high g cornering should not be an issue.
