Default Which is voltage output?

He, and I, need to know which wire is the voltage output for the TPS. The Zex nitrous system uses that wire for activation.

Thanks.

#47 is the power supply to the TPS... at 5V.

but if you need to know when the cat is at WOT, 50 & 69 are the ones you'll.. they are at ~4.6B at WOT when the accelerator pedal is fully depressed.

uh..

these wires go to where the ECU is.

the ECU is located on the passenger side, you have to remove the paneling near the floor board area, close to the door.

No. i do not have Nitrous... dont plan on it... i just tried to help you with the diagrams you requested...

are you sure you're supposed to tap into the power line for the TPS? and not the TPS signal itself???

I did call a few places that install the zex kit on a 350z, and they have the same problem. I call Import Hot Rod and Oscar said on Max 350z it does it too. The car run find though.

Anytime you tap into in the fuel/induction(electrical) system can cause that symptom. Maybe a voltage goes out of range and causes the light to come on. The throttle is drive by wire so if you got the wrong wire, you stand to write a hell of a check if it goes **** up.

With OBDII, the light can correct itself and turn off. but the car must sucessfully run 3(i think) times without the fault to turn it off. It is slightly more complicated than I just said.

I would hound the manufacturer about the issue if I had the Chk ENG light coming on.

The car may run fine as far as your perception or the butt dyno is concerned. But bottom line is this, if the check engine light in on, the car believes there is a problem. If the car thinks something is wrong, it will take steps to correct the problem. When dealing with nitrous oxide, I wouldn't want to play around with it. For instance, if it is an issue with the TPS and a fault code is thrown because of it, the ECU may try to counteract the problem by readapting or adjusting the the throttle positioning plate. If so, then when you depress the pedal WOT, the throttlw plate may not be completely openning. or conversely it may be openning completely when not WOT in which case the MAF values will be all messed up. This is all just hypothetical.

Ditch the electronic control, get yourself a nice pedal switch. I'd be more than happy to send you pics of mine.
