Default Z Members, I need your suggestion!

March 11, Tuseday, is my birthday. I'm planning to buy something good for my car (performance wise) which is worth it for about 200. What is the best mod on the market up to 250, which actually does something? Here are options I considered:

Injen/AEM Intake: I'd get it for 180, since I know the owner of a store, is it worth 180? I've heard SO many reviews, some say it's not worth it at all, some say it is definatly. But my question is, does it really give much more than a K&N filter, which is nealy 130 less? Is the additional 130 worth it over a CAI?

I can't really think of anything less less than 250 performance wise, if ANYONE has any idea's, or any suggestions, please reply and give me your 2cents. I'd appericiate it highly. Thanks!

Spend it on a driving event like the one's we have here in Texas www.thedriversedge.net

There's nothing for $250 that will make your car faster. But, knowing how to drive it better will make you a faster driver.

ps... Happy Birthday

I told Ricky several months ago that the best money spent towards your car is a good HPDE weekend... but he never listened...

No, there isn't anything available for $250 that would make any noticeable difference on your Z. Not performance-wise at least. New speakers might be a good idea though, or a new head unit. But if you're looking to make your car faster, upgrade the driver with a performance driving course
