JIC Adjustments with strut bar

JIC Adjustments with strut bar
I am interested in getting the JIC flt-a2 coilovers for my 03 track. But, where are the adjusters located on this kit? I looked in the engine bay and the strut bar covers the top of the strut.
If the adjusters are on top, what are you guys doing about the bar? If they are not on top, where are they located? thank.
