Is this normal, its audible outside the car and can be heard fairly audibly when engaging/disengaging the clutch...any way to fix this?

Also axle-clicking is covered under the powertrain warranty right? Any idea how long this fix usually is supposed to take

lastly...is it pretty much a given that removing the small brushes for the window will stop the grease problem? Are there any negative effects to removing these? Can they just be cleaned or do they need to be entirely removed. Thanks!!!
