what happened to this washer? it seems like it was chopped off at both ends? see some plasticky residue on and around the ball joint area....could this have something to do with the 1st, 1-2 gear notchiness? tried to upload pic, but exceed file size.....can send via email if anyone can wants to see it.....and help resize? thanks.
