I'd guess that the AWD will be a weak link when you try to add power to it.

it is back together and running nicely... sharif got 487 out of it before he was happy with the tune and threw in the towel... odd thing is, the TQ is much higher than the whp in the 515-520 range... and that's what i like! now i just need your AWD mod to hook the power up!

 

Nice idea and I am sure much cheaper than the JUN AWD conversion

If you can fit a manual trans to it and keep the costs down....you may save the Z chassis from losing the limelight when the GTR shows up lol

 

Can we please get a dyno of that car in AWD mode please?

We're in the process of sourcing a R34 trans but we should be taking it to HyperFest at Summit Point later this summer.

 

Good stuff guys... there is allot of engineering that goes into making something like this happen. Keep up the great work!

I'd definately be interested in seeing that. Thought i'd be happy wit the 400rwhp on my G35X but like to push it bit more....afraid to do so w/o AT build.

I can put you guys in contact with some people for an R34 tranny. I've still got a bunch of old contacts in Japan from my Skyline days.

Wish i could afford to do this. Would be absolutely killer in my area with the weather.

 

That's the plan. A few of the kits can be modded to work on this setup but it is gonna be packed with parts up front.
