Default Clutch Fluid Help

Can someone give me an idea what brand for my clutch fluid? Does it really matter if I just go to pepboys and get any Brake Fluid with DOT3 Spec? I ask one of the guy in Pepboys for help and he insisted that Brake Fluid can't be used for Clutch.

From the manual: Genuine Nissan Brake Fluid*4 or equivalent DOT 3 (US FMVSS No. 116)

valvoline synthetic brake fluid is a good OTC solution, works well for me so far and has a higher BP than most of the other DOT3 fluids available OTC
