Default Put on my ARC Ti Shroud/Hood Panel

Have installed the ARC Ti Hood Panel.
But realised a problem, I can't remove leaves stuck on my radiator as easily as before! Have to remove the panel and the clips are really tight!

Yeah, it'll be nicer if the whole panel is covered. But will be even pricier then it is now. But I think most importantly it serves the function of keeping the air flowing through the radiator. Pricey though, approximately USD120 for it in my country.

But they get fingerprint oil stains easily..have to clean them off immediately else it'll be difficult to do so if delayed.

Can you post a link to where one might purchase that piece if interested. Thanks.

hmmm, nice. But I think Wadd's one achieves the same result for much less and it extends out to the ends.

You might be able to forget about the leaves with an aftermarket grill.

Thats pretty nice. Yup you need to clean it pretty regularly but after all it is plain uncoated metal. The results will turn some heads though

What is the point besides added weight? Seems like just more maintience to me. It looks nice but trying to understand if there is a function. Maybe if I have to ask, I am not getting it to begin with?

Default well

"Regarding what it is suppose to do"

sorry quote the wrong post

Besides sitting there and looking pretty it is suppose to channel more air flow through the radiator to enhance cooling.

Yupe, yours is nice and very cool with the Z cut in it.
Too bad nobody fabricates them locally here and I have no access to any facilities to DIY. So jumped on the ARC the moment they are available.

I was thinking of sawing off the whole front grill and leave an open air dam kind of thing. I wonder if anyone has done it. I'm not really into mesh grille personally.

mytalon - I guess it is just every little thing that counts to make the car better (both show and go).

Cheers

id be a bit worried about taking the grille out. any object could fly in and damage the radiator.

maybe you should try putting mesh beind the stock grille? it might be easier to clean, keep the looks of the stock, and it would probably be hard to see the mesh.

You can order the ARC Titanium panel from Adam at Z-1 Performance. He has mine at the shop or it is already on the way to me.
