My clutch is dead. I got words from the dealer and they quoted me almost $2200 to replace the clutch and the disc, flywheel, pilot bushing and release bearing.

I looked up some parts online and the total price for the OEM parts is roughly $1150.

I can get nismo parts or JWT parts for much cheaper than that.
I did some research and some people liked the JWT combo better.

What would you guys recommend ??? The car is driven around town 70% of the time and the rest on highway.

JWT flywheel and clutch will cost you about $730 +/-. Labor you can find anywhere from $500-$1000, depending on the shop. IMO the Nismo clutch is not that much better than stock.

 

So if i were to order aftermarket, i should go with JWT in your opinion ?

 

There's alot of good clutches out there. First what are your future goals so far as power in the long run? This way you wont waste your money. I would recommend Clutch Masters with a JWT flywheel.
