Default I wanna get some smoother shifter

its been one year since I got my new Z. I ran about 14k miles and when I shift It is not smooth as when I first bought the car. should I get the short shifter or any other stuffs?

swap out your trans fluid, and maybe your rear diff as well.
I noticed smoother shifts when I removed the OEM fluids..

Don't get a short shifter if you feel shifts are too notchy to begin with. If you get one, shifts will be even "notchier" imo. Finding the right trans fluid might be your best bet

+1 a diff service and flush in addition to the trans fluid does indeed help, at least it did for me.
