Default Little Squeek/Whisten when throttle added.

Hey all, yes i did try searching. Didnt find anything quite like this.

There is a small but very high pitch squeek/whistel when i go to accelerate. Not hard or anything, just driving around normally. It doenst seem to matter what rpm im at, or how much load is on the engine really. Its really just when the accel pedal is depressed about one inch or so. The noise will last just about as long as the pedal remains at that area.

My initial reaction tells me it has something to do with the throttle body, but i just got the car and im pretty unfamiliar with the engine. Just wanted to see if anyone has gotten this before.

The car is all stock, with a JWT pop-charger or whatever.

Thanks!

HAHA first thing I asked myself when I read the title was "does he have a popcharger?". The whistle is from the charger. Just let everyone know you have a blow off valve. LOL....

It's common with CAI's. My 03 sedan did it with the Injen. It's just the sound of the air flowing through the throttle body with a partially open throttle plate.
