Default Sticking throttle body?

It seems that when I downshift my car before running other cars that my car has this weird hesitation almost. It is really noticalbe in 3rd and 2nd gear. I downshift and the car is runs good, and then all of a sudden falls on its face, and if I give it gas its will come back up. This is really hard to explain so Im including a video of me going against another car so you guys can hear what Im talking about. MODS please do not delete this even though there is racing involved. Its the only vid I have where you can here what Im talking about. The vid is shot from inside my buddies hatch so listen for me downshifting. The werid hesitations starts at about 9seconds into the vid. If anyone could shine some light onto what it could be Id really appreciate it. My thoughts are either throttle body sticking or clutch? But then again I dont know how the clutch would cause this.
TIA

Will it occur if you give gas while downshifting? Do you have the Split Second box controlling FMU/Aux fuel pump...When loosing boost during shifts this function may be lost..Not getting fuel??

I have a Utec and its not from downshifting. Its happening all on its own when I let off the gas. The other weird thing, when coming to a stop I push the clutch in and the rpms will drop, but when they hit 1000 the rpms jump up to 2500 for about 2 seconds and then come back down. Im not sure whats wrong with it. Maybe the tune as well?
