All you need to do is add a clutch and a shifter. Its not very hard, you should be able to do it yourself. I've done it a few times, figure around 2 hours from start to finish.

the car got sold before i could come to a decision and my dad was getting a new car and i needed a new one and since the z was paid off he just gave it to me...i didnt ask for it and if i would of chose my new car i wouldnt have gotten a z i woulda chose something where the insurance doesnt cost as much as my rent

You're just asking for trouble doing a tranny swap. Especially doing it by your self (unless you're a professional, of course... but then why would you be asking us about parts...) Anyway, I bet you'll spend just as much money on that swap as you would on a new Z. My $0.02.

engine ecu (not positive on tranny ecu)~clutch pedal assembly~neutral safety switch~

bring your car to me here in mississippi, you buy the parts ill do the swap and wiring for 500 bucks. i have done it a few times on rear and front wheel drive cars. its not hard.
