From what I have heard of the kit is that only HKS Pro dealers can tune it. I think there are only 1 or 2 in the USA. Tops Secret is using that to build the Twin turbo kit for the Z. I don't know hoe it compares to the TEC-3 or the Greddy E-manage.

The GReddy E-Manage is pretty difficult to tune. The VPro is a very very very awesome unit. I want to stick one on my WRX.
