Default Problem with my Z upon ignition

Hey guys, I've searched for an hour or so and can't really find a definite answer to my problem so hopefully somone can help me out here

When I start my car (03 - Track Pack) the rpm increases upon igniton(normal) then when it falls back down to idle speed it either does one of 2 things:
1 - Drops back down to 0 and stalls
2 - It drops real low and stutters a bit but rises back up to normal idle rpm.

The car drives fine after ignition and I don't sense any other problems when I drive the car.

Any input on this is greatly appreciated!

Thank You

need more background info..
-What mods do you have on?
-Have you removed any intake mods lately?
-Touched the maf or tb butterfly?
-Tried the TB relearn yet?

I am guessing at an intake leak, I had a similar issue and it turned out to be a small leak at the TB...

-I recently replaced my Nismo CAI with the JWT Pop Charger on Stock Z Tube.
-I removed the MAF from the Nismo CAI and placed it into the new pop charger.
- Havent tried TB Relearn (Going to do that right now)

Do an idle-relearn procedure.

This worked great on my car, where when the electric fans turned on, it would drop below idle and sputter too.

Fixed

IDLE RELEARN

- Warm up engine.

- Turn ignition switch OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.

- Confirm that accelerator pedal is fully released, turn ignition switch ON and wait 3 seconds.

- Repeat the following procedure quickly five times within 5 seconds.
a. Fully depress the accelerator pedal.
b. Fully release the accelerator pedal.

- Wait 7 seconds, fully depress the accelerator pedal and keep it for approx. 20 seconds until the MIL stops blinking and turned ON.

- Fully release the accelerator pedal within 3 seconds after the MIL goes ON.

- Start engine and let it idle.

- Wait 20 seconds
