Default Clutch wear

Has anyone had problems with their clutch on a roadster. I had to have a new clutch installed after 14000kms due to a shudder. It was covered under warranty. Now 5000kms later it has started again. The car is just under a year old and is used every day. Nissan claim that the problem could be driver wear. I have been driving for 35 years and never had to change a clutch in cars over 5 years old. I would like an opinion before I go back to them.
Thanks for any assistance in this regard.

Dear 350POWER: Nissan seems to make bad MTs! ATs, on the other hand are
FLAWLESS!!! NEVER has in been posted in these threads that an auto tranny
is bad. I know it's usually the other way around with other auto manufacturers
but it's definitely different with Nissan!
